Lissie was awesome
The girl was sick and still put on a fantastic show— better than some bands I’ve seen live and they were 100% healthy. Ran into a friend afterwards, went to a small bar, caught some more live music (bad, but charming), then spend a couple of hours talking to the bartender once the place cleared out. So tempted to buy tickets to
the Arcade Fire/ National show here in Chicago way off on April 25. I’ve seen the National but have been dying to see Arcade Fire for yeeeaaaaaarrrrrsssss but never got the chance. Now that they’re absolutely huge, I dunno if it will be worth the hefty dough. Won’t be a bad show though, that’s for sure.
